The most annoying part about the internet is that trying to google information on how to server ban entire countries is met w/ a bunch of people who have their head shoved so far up their ass all they can mumble is "BUT MUH FREE & OPEN INTERNET NOOO IP ISNT 100% ACCURATE DONT DO DIS TO AL GORE" so unlike damn near everything else there is no great guide on just getting it done. You are better off going an IRC and asking for help there. The main issue would be I don't know what level of access you have to the servers. Do you have full access to apache or nginx for example?
