Its honestly so annoying when they do that. They write a book and make it mandatory for class just so they can pocket the money every semester. Cant blame em tho

 

I had a teacher who told us "you need to buy this book *shakes head*" and naturally a student was like BUT THAT BOOK IS EXPENSIVE WHY DO WE HAVE TO BUY IT. And the teacher is "Because it's on the syllabus and you need to buy this book *Shaking head the whole time* BUT WHY????????
