    On that note though last week I was helping to put together a program and this happened:

    Business: Hi, I’d like to put an ad in the program?
    Me: Not a problem, what size are you wanting?
    Business: Oh, I don’t actually have one, I figured you’d make it.
    Me: ...Do you have the copy and just need it laid out, or?
    Business: No, but you should be able to just look into our business and decide what it should say.
    Me: ...
    Business: We also don’t have any branding. Or even a logo.

    Business: So all that is just part of the advertising fee right?
