Totally, but it's a bit somewhere in between because it's very few (7 turkers at the moment). I actually reviewed all the feedback myself for the last round before sending it in (just to make any edits if needed) and it was super good!, so I'm still going with the system that said, your star rating is based on your performance in aggregate as judged by myself.

that's exactly it (though it might be hard for me to implement in the short term). I've been giving larger bonuses to workers with higher star ratings, and dequalifying workers who submit lower quality work (1 star). The overall intention for it was to be a more transparent view of how you're doing overall on my task. sorry for the confusion!
