    We just got a real fun packet of rules & regulations for our neighborhood (that apparently people basically don't ever follow), which is VERY funny because the whole town is super duper sketch and it's not what you'd think of as a fancy neighborhood with 25 pages of rules type of place (like how old your car can be - LOL). It's not an HOA though, it's just a weird development that used to be way fancier cause that town is not nice.
