I did ground, and the estimate was the 4th or the 5th. I had a hold set up with USPS from the 1st to the 4th to make sure. I contacted Amazon to make sure they told USPS to deliver it on Friday too. Boom, there 5 days earlier than everyone promised me :S

Like I order it with groooound shipping friday, and it got there today, lol.

 

No, that was the usps telling me they delivered it to the "mail room" that doesn't exist. It eventually showed up after I whined to amazon like a week later and I don't think it was the original cat litter tbh.

Amazon was not happy about that incident lol. They gave me a free month and a refund.

 

haven't enjoyed a bears defense this much since it was Peanut Tillman, Mike Brown, Briggs and Urlacher

Yep, this this this. My very first Kindle's screen died and I messaged simply asking if there was an easy way to get it fixed, and they were like "nah, we'll send you the current gen for free to replace your old one, sorry about that!" They had to call to verify the transaction, and the lady laughed at me because I was like "...really? ... are you sure? ... for free? ... but, what?" throughout the entire phone call, which was actually all of like 5 minutes, and I had my new kindle 2 days later.

I've had nothing but good luck with them too.

I've never contacted them with something non-legitimate, but like, they're so willing to help, it almost makes me feel guilty anyway, lol.

I've had 1-2 instances of things getting lost, or otherwise said they were delivered and they never were, and they make me jump through a few hoops in waiting a bit normally but then they're just like "Okay, here's your money back".

I know they're just so big that they can take the hit to make me happy and not even notice, but still feels cool.
