Here Amazon hires many as temps first, so no benefits.

If you get hired permanently, even minimum wage workers get benefits.

We have several Amazon facilities nearby and we rent to people who work for Amazon all the time, so I see their paycheck stubs (deductions for medical) and they tell me about how Amazon treats them (not that great, but they get benefits!)

Can't speak for other areas, tho....or people who don't work AT the facilities.
