    She's very shiny and I actually like the touch bar a lot more than I thought I would?

    Also I've hunted down the issue with the old one and it turns out it's the dadgum graphics card yet again so I'll probably save up for that + a new hard drive for her at some point and then have two shinies :ay:

    When your spouse complains that he can't wear polyester (common), acrylic, or wool. And you bought him not 1 but 3 Wool sweaters for his birthday, which is in 12 hours. Information I could have used 14 years ago!

    Oh nice, good to know! Definitely a good investment to have both running for sure. The touch bar seemed like it'd be one of those "Who needs that?" quickly flipped into "How did I ever live without this?" things.

    If finances are good to me I hope to join you in upgrade land soon. My keyboard is getting grumpy and I have to get punchy for some of the keys to work, the click on my touchpad is getting more temperamental (but not the tapping/touch itself), and my battery life is getting worse and worse, so with all of those things I'm worried about my battery swelling. :( I just really hope it hangs on until I can afford it.

    Do what I do: get really really stressed out and stay wide awake in bed all night, then take a nap an hour before your alarm goes off.
