Why would most people, who like to cook and not just proclaim things , not have multiple options? I cook very different things in all clad vs. cast iron vs. enameled cast iron.

I'm not getting into a fricken pan fight with a bunch of people on the internet tho. I have my kitchen full of cookwares and I'm just gonna use whatever is best for the scenario, cause there are pros and cons to both and you're dreaming if you imagine a world where there is ONLY ONE ULTIMATE PAN FOR EVERY SINGLE THING!

Or just do whatever the fuck you want. That works too.
