Yes, and yes. This has been a topic of conversation here before too lol. He's on something now that makes him much better than he was but it took a lot of trial and error. He was on dog xanax and that made him crazy town. Thundershirts enraged him to the point of agression. He was used as a bait dog and treated very very poorly before coming home with me so he was a terrified pile of anxiety. He's come a long way though! He got to fly home with me on a Beaver plane too so that was pretty awesome.

Oh gosh that's such a sad story. Glad you have him now. One of my rescues was really anxious, still can be but he's come so far. I hope Skeeter keeps improving!
