I think it's in my best interest to let this rejection slide. After spending 10 minutes just looking for the IRB, I haven't found anything. There's nothing in the actual survey when I went back to check with MTS and I found the University's website but I wasn't able to find any contact information on there either. It just doesn't seem like it's worth the effort. I just wish requesters were better with checking their emails and communicating.
