the cop said the way is was phrased it doesn't count unfortunately. He agreed the guy is a whack job and said he would call him and tell him to lay off. I'm pushing erica to file a harassment complaint while I'm going through the ROC.

 

The ROC will send him a letter to prove he has the correct number or ask him to get registered. If he gives them his number (if he has one) They can ask him to go back out and do the work correctly. (which no one wants). That is my experience with them. Same state.

his two threats were "I'll do what I need to do" and the weird off the wall shit about random neighborhood pet poisoning and something about a pedophile and the teenager that lives with me. Everything about this is so bizarre. He also arrived at my house unannounced and uninvited while I was at work to start arguing with erica after the first review. She shut the door on his face.

Yep, paper him up. My ex did this and worked under his old bosses ROC. He messed up a job and everyone had to go out and inspect. He had to finish the work and pay for extra stuff to make it right. He was told not to misrepresent himself. He came back with oh well the old boss accepted the job months ago and I finished it. Nothing came of it and everything was fixed but I will bet you they have KEPT that paperwork. Furthermore, he did not work under the wrong ROC again.
