    It occurs to me that members of this forum house a large percentage of extremely temperamental cats (or angst-ridden cats, in the case of @Hummingbirdee ).

    Well that's motivation if I've ever seen it. I'm already registered and ready to go when the time rolls around. Not sure how it is in those other states, but in Ohio here you get asked if you want to register pretty much any time you fill out anything for the government.

    I have two. One has some kind of anxiety because he meows constantly when I'm around him, but refuses to be held or sit on laps. The other is just kind of an ass in general most of the time, but sometimes sits in my lap. I love them both though.
