I just assumed we were rebelling against the pay going back down. It was 40, 45, 50 55, 50, 40... Why? is Brian just spinning the prices right wheel to determine pay?

 

I think he's testing to see where he find the balance between actually getting then done quickly for as cheap as possible. Of course it's all moot he shoots himself in the foot with a 10 hour timer. No one ever rushes to do these lol.
