    Computers can be written off if over 50% is used for business (up to the percentage it's used, so if you use a computer for 70/30 business/personal you'd write off 70% of the cost but if the percentage were the opposite none). I sincerely doubt anyone would see a vacuum cleaner as a necessary business expense unless you can solidly prove it's just for that office :dunno:
