How safe is it generally considered to submit a HIT that is about to expire, and finish it up afterward? Obviously I know there's some risk involved with fast sequesters, or if you get screened out somehow after submitting.

Not really a "Part 2"... there was supposedly an error in yesterday's study, so this was just a part of yesterday's regurgitated, with a few additional bubbles at the end.

Cons:
This sat in my queue for 25 minutes because the server was throwing timeout errors. On top of the ~3 minutes I spent on the study, I probably spent another 15 minutes refreshing trying to get it to work. If it would've worked for the beginning, it would've been a good wage.

I've done it more times than I can count, though it's almost exclusively with academic requesters. Almost never a problem. I think one time there was someone who tried to act like it was an issue, but still paid out. I submit with my ID and send a message afterward with an apology explaining whatever and the confirmation code.

I do this so often that I have a message template that I copy and paste and I don't even remember the last time I was rejected for it. As long as it doesn't specifically warn against it you should be fine.

 

I did this last week and it did pay the $5.00 bonus. Definitely worth grabbing.
