    It's only the beginning... Don't let leaves get on your roof. Or the fascia too dusty. Or have more than one car visiting. Or have a bare tree from winter time (that grows its leaves back every spring). Or have one too many leaves in the yard.

    We actually have visitor parking cause you can’t park in the street :emoji_joy:

    There are folks with like 5 cars stuffed in the garage and driveway tho, so as long as they don’t touch the PRECIOUS STREET, you’re ok.

    We have one of those busy body a-holes who rides his golf cart around every day, looking for any minor violation.

    Yay! Goody!

    But tbh, A LOT of this town is run down and sketchy with break ins and this is one of the few places that is safe and nice with its own park and such, so I get WHY they have rules, but I would have just loved a heads up about how my trashcan can’t be visible from the street before I walk out to a posted violation notice:emoji_grin:
