Skeeter is already way less barky/annoying than the neighboring houses (tho most of his barking has been barking back at the dogs in the yards we share fences with and the one neighbor said, "Oh, my dog will only bark when people are in their yards!" so it's unlikely her dog stops barking at him any time soon I take it) but I still always like to start off on a nice foot and give people my number in case my dog is barking thru their dinner or some shit, cause I'll happily let him inside or whatever.
