Pros:
Pretty simple HIT. It seems like it will be longer/harder than it is. Nice personalized video introduction from the professor hosting this survey. I took my time with this, it could probably be done a little faster (videos take up about 20 minutes I think).

Cons:
Bonus is variable--could be a lot less than mine. Timed college lecture-type videos.
