Decided to do a little math, so bear with me. My 3 month average has me at about an average of 5 miles a day, with my crappy weeks putting me at about 3.8 miles a day, with my better weeks hitting 6-10 miles a day on average (yes, I am crazy).

I live in a fairly hilly areas and between the hiking and step aerobics I do, I get some nice incline in there. I walk at a fairly moderate pace of about 3-4 mph when hiking, and I can kick that up pretty high when doing other stuff that doesn't involve me trying to jump around the outdoors.

Conservatively, with my weight and a slower pace than my average (3.8 at about 1.9 mph), that puts me at about 336 calories burned a day from steps. A higher end day for me (say, 7.32 miles at 3mph, roundabout what I did monday) would put me at about 565 calories burned. A typical average day for me of about 5 miles would put me around 391 calories burned. Now, given that I track my macros and I generally keep to under 1400 cals a day (exceptions for hiking days), and I have a bmr of (conservatively, if I were sedentary) of about 1450 cals a day, we can conclude I'm not really stuffing my mouth too much here for the most part. So, if you take a sedentary bmr of 1450ish, I'm realistically burning somewhere from 1500-2,000ish cals a day on average, given even my rest days tend to have a mile or two in there.

Now, I made my whipped cream from scratch, so I can tell you that I used 1 cup of heavy cream + vanilla + about 2 tbs of powdered sugar. This is about 780 calories of whipped cream total. Now, I probably shoveled about 1/4 of that mish mash in my mouth this morning, putting me at about 195-ish calories of whipped cream altogether here.

Mathmatically, I think we can conclude these calories are probably negligble for me in the long run, especially considering I've been eating at a deficit for the most part (or as the gym bros call it, a cut), in order to be the sexiest halloween skeleton possible and to help my tiny abs (cleetus and beetus) become more obvious, because Birb loves both whipped cream and crop tops.

I'm pretty sure no where in St Louis allows more than 2 pets, we are even looking at homes to rent vs apartments expecting more pets to be allowed but they seem to be even worse

Thanks, you're always so sweet <3 Matt had to take the red eye to georgia yesterday, as his dad collapsed on the farm and turns out to have very end stage cancer. So, we're trying to get him out here for the rest of his care, so I can help take care of him along with a caretaker. The current backup plan involves me moving to Georgia for awhile, because Matty obvs cannot just drop his job for months at a time and I'm not gonna let my FIL spend his last days all alone in a nursing home. Nope nope nope. Everyone else is flailing pretty hardcore, so I'm the reigning adult in charge at this point.

 

Give me another 6 months and I'm sure I'll have another 1000-ish miles down pat

Oh no!! I am soooo sorry! I really hope you can get him in to a nursing home close to you. I'm sure he would appreciate being able to see Matt some (and I'm sure Matt wants so be there as much as he can!) and it would also be easier on you. Watching someone go through this is never easy and I'm sure it is that much more difficult when they are in another state!
