I did roughly 30 of these and all of mine were none as well. I've never done these before. Is this normal?

 

Arghhh....frustration abounds this morning. I've been trying to get my turk money where it deposits in my bank account. I have a seller account that some stuff that I sell has money go in there. That's already set up and works fine. I'm just trying to get the mturk to deposit in the same account. I have money that is just sitting in limbo land - that I COULD use for amazon purchases. I don't want to use if for that. When I try to VERIFY the bank information by uploading a jpg of my latest bank statement - I get an 'I'm sorry" message on their end...that it's not functioning. I talked to someone at Amazon about a month or so ago - they told me to fax it. When I try to fax it to either the 800 number or another number listed, it will not pick up. I know my fax machine is working - their fax machine isn't picking it up. So - I've e-mailed a trouble ticket and have been waiting hours for someone to respond. Grrrrrrrr...I'm beginning to think they just want to keep the nickels I've earned turking??!! lol... Any ideas to expedite this?
