No, I manually click on Bearnie. If you embed the actual album instead of directly linking the image it'll show up even if you have image embeds disabled.

 

I wonder if you use the live thread updater to send a refresh signal. That would be pretty useful for admins or mods that want to delete something and prevent people from going back to copy it.
