    edit: Is there a cap on these? And the tasks say not to do multiple at once, does anyone does these one at a time?

    Maybe try refreshing the page? Or logging in/out and re-searching it. I think I know what problem you're having; it happens to me sometimes and re-loading it enough seems to get me through

    @Randomacts What's the secret to doing csats effectively? They seem to require may too much attention, so I avoid them 99% of the time... Yet most people love the hell out of them :afraid:

    Zs didn't drop yesterday at all.. But anyways the way I see CSATS is that they are looking for the average joe's opinion on if shit is fucked so you should be able to get an idea of what is going on by watching on a secondary monitor while doing other stuff.
