I assumed I would hate it but even trying the tutorial I would so much prefer it to surveys right now. I want mindless batches lately. Nothing else.

 

I'm thinking with these tracing tasks there has gotta be a way to utilize my touch screen to make them even more efficient just haven't figured it out yet...

 

So mouse vs touch screen with a 17 inch display...

Mouse seems to be more precise, it's easier to see what you are doing without your hand in the way, certain controls like zooming in and out are slightly faster.

Touch screen without a stylus, faster marking initial spots for tracing, better control moving the image around.

Maybe if I had a stylus for each hand I would be able to be more precise and use both hands to go fast.

I'll never reach that point with my laptop running at 600 kbps. Tried to do 1 on my android phone and the browser wouldn't even display it properly. Had stuff going off the right side of the screen and it wouldn't allow me to scroll over...

 

when people max out, a lot of times it's on penny hits, so I wouldn't worry about it. PE $57, it's not a huge amount but I'm definitely happy with for today.

 

why is your laptop running that slow compared to your phone?

 

Because all of the cell phone companies, even with unlimited data plans, after you use so much via hotspot they limit your speed or cut off your hotspot data completely.

Do you not have an internet connection? And it would be the same speed as your phone if you are tethering anyways.

 

ahhh using the hotspot. that's ouchie.

 

When I'm at work I don't have wifi available. And it's actually not the same, after you've reached say 15gb of hotspot use for example they might limit your hotspot data speed to 600kbps such as Verizon does to me. I've researched ways to get around it but it runs the risk of violating terms of service.
