You only get rejects if you're blatantly scamming. An average person with no training does not have the capability to judge surgeries unless they are really bad.

 

I don't think that they even reject the scammers but they do give them the block qual.

 

They reject block qual if you skip around the video, or don't watch the whole thing - for certain. It's unlikely they have "golden" sure answer questions though. There really is no wrong answer.
