Yea, that's the basic definitions I use.

The one I quoted seems to maybe skew towards more areas being urban? I definitely wouldn't classify my neighborhood as urban but I have any type of medical service and almost any shopping within a few miles. Also there's areas I would consider rural that are just farther away from the city and more spread out, but the people aren't straight up farmers living off what they grow.
