    I'm considering buying some new headphones. Right now I have these: https://headphonesaddict.com/audio-technica-ath-m40x-review/. I bought them 2 years ago. Several sites rated these as the best headphone for under $100. I'm planning to spend ~$300 (but I could go up to $400). My current headphones cost about $80 so if I spend 4x the cost, I'd want 4x better quality. Anyways, if anyone has any recommendations, I'd appreciate it. I'm planning to buy them online but I'm a bit wary because I obviously can't try them out first. I'd hate spending the money for only a minimal increase in quality.
