Dan Feng posted a lengthy thread in TurkerHub mTurk Forum | Scripts, HITs, & mTurk Community that explains the hit. No I did not get the bonus yet but I am confident he will pay (fingers crossed) but if I did not include the possible bonus then that review would have showed up as low pay and some people would just skip over it.

I saw his post and it wasn't clear what the chances are to get the full $10 and that is why I decided to not do the hit. Hopefully you guys don't end up with like $2 in bonus as that would be garbage.
