My 10 year old still believes in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy. I feel bad about that. But...She's a very happy child. I remember getting angry when my parents told me the tooth fairy wasn't real. I asked my mom why my brother got visited by the tooth fairy "till he was 7 but she had to tell me when I was 5. Yes, I was a smart ass back then too. Anyway, I don't have the heart to ruin my little girl's faith in the mysterious powers of Santa Claus. And at least she got the tooth fairy to visit until she stopped losing teeth. Is it weird that I have all her baby teeth?
