Haha, thanks It has a long way to go but its a good start.

Speaking of intuitive.. has anyone gotten the "this HIT has already been posted" error yet? Is it intrusive or otherwise annoying? Any user experience improvements to note? Have I successfully converted all of you into robots yet?

 

Read through them if you want, some might be quals or bonus structured HITs. Some are just people who think you should be grateful to have the chance to help out their precious research/ideas.

 

"Please only take this survey if you have completed five or fewer HITs on Mechanical Turk today."

 

You wouldn't know it was me if I didn't have a spelling error.

 

It did the same thing to me.

 

Sometimes they're paid in bonuses. Otherwise I guess no point.

I got it a couple times. No problems, single click dismissed it as advertised.

 

Has anyone seen any more of those SelfConcept HITs go up? I missed them when they originally came out and I could have sworn in the email they said they would be releasing more throughout the week, but I've been watching the requester since I missed it and I haven't seen any more.

 

Send them an email saying you are having issues getting it.

 

I haven't seen any more go up either and I've had a panda on when I've been home. I'm about to try and track down an email for them and send a message.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if I just had really bad timing and kept missing them or if they hadn't put any more out. I'll go send them an email.

 

I emailed them early this morning and asked if they were going to post any hits today as it would be helpful for people to be able to work on it over the weekend. No response.

 

Quick a9 question. If you have say two soups that are the same brand but different flavors are they the same product? Or are they different products because they aren't the same flavors?

 

I know, but they're better than nothing in a drought :/
