ugggghhhhhhhhhh...I was ordering stuff off amazon, and put my new cc with cash rewards in as the default payment option. Then cleared out some old cards. Like a dummy, I wondered why I had my checking account linked to amazon and removed it. Then I instantly realized why my checking account was linked to amazon. Now payments can't verify it electronically and I have to wait for them to manually verify the pdf of my statement.

 

That sounds exactly like something I would do. I hope I remember your post if I ever get the same idea.

Hopefully they approve it soon, because I've got some sssssshoping to do!

 

I just had to do that for a new bank account....took them till the following morning to verify after I sent my statement.
