From my experiences, it's always best to submit with your worker ID and email the requester afterward. You did the work, so you deserve to get paid for it. I run into surveys like this at least once a day and I'm never rejected for submitting with my worker ID. In one rare case I actually was rejected but even then it was quickly reversed when the requester realized it was their mistake.
