Don't think I like this new system of waiting in line. Before I would refresh to connect, but it usually happened within 2 minutes. I was first in line after waiting, glitch happened with their server according to the message, and now I'm 7th in line. Huh?

Sometimes I have no trouble connecting; other times I get "all agents are busy" so many times that the timer expires on me. (His TO is iirc full of people not happy about that lol). I guess I don't mind the waiting in line if it keeps me from having to refresh continually and stay on the same tab.

I don't mind the wait portion, I mind that the wait is so clearly outside of the HIT time. And then as just happened with me, the link in next HIT available is from a different scenario. So, I have to start all over again.
