    Okay but that still doesn't answer why it was even mentioned. They asked for comments or concerns about the survey, but then mention they don't want suggestions about Disney products, lol

    Lawyers. People will do anything to give big companies ideas for movies and whatnot. But it can get legally complicated if you submit an idea to them and then accuse them of stealing it from you if they happen to do something kinda like it in the future. So they have policies of actively discouraging content submission. I'm guessing that's boilerplate Disney language.
