FWIW I have long advocared mandatory registration for both this site and for reviews. There comes a time when we reach a tipping point and start shooting ourselves in the foot -- no longer able to get a sufficient number of hits to meet our needs. It is bad enough that the big guys at "A" declared open season on requester prices which resulted in a mass exodus of requesters resulting in a high shortage of hits which then resulted in increasing the number of script kiddie bots that seemingly strive to take the entire landscape down further. Im not talking about our usual productivity enhancing scripts but the ones which only serve to taint and destroy our environment ... ymmv ... Drive on, soldier!

How many searches on panda do you guys let happen for a hit before you delete the hit?

 

@ChrisTurk the hit title is butchered in this.

 

I do it based on time. If it's super hopping, 1 hour. If not, 2 hours. Figure that would catch possible returns and expires and that any longer wouldn't.
