Good question, I wondered the same thing.
I did my oldest son's first hair cut right before I did my hair and beard last time. It is about time for another trim tbh.
I just do the beard and the head at the same time then vacuum the mess up lol!
I forgot about being able to pause the timer. Also, I did not realize I could leave the time blank.
