The new ones exhaust the water out the vents. No need for buckets
The new ones blow the water out in a fine mist through the exhaust hoses. I have had one for 5 summers, never had to drain any water

You have to make sure you get one with twin vents and that blows the moisture outside instead of having to keep a bucket for drainage. I have one...
