Right. But PRE will eventually get you temporarily timed out and the error that person had when they said the site was down. That's a time out.
I haven't talked to anyone at Mturk about it, but it's something that's been known. Not sure what confirmation would be.
Try not to let that happen. You can actually get your account banned for too many page request errors.
