yeah that's what I'm aiming for. I'm trying to do the most amount of work with the equipment that takes up the least amount of space.

my home gym is basic (bench, dumbbells up to 55lbs, bands), but this is what I go for.
I try to get it in before noon, but if super busy right after work. but then sometimes it's late at night like tonight. also this:
