Blocks can lead to account suspension, far worse than a qual revoke. There is no "hard" block.
There isn't anything malicious in that script and if you copy/paste install it then it can't be updated from outside sources.
You don't even have to be in the 2k club anymore, its a shame really, Masters used to be so exclusive.
I've heard of a few people who got it with less, but not many.
