I dont personally think "on time arrival rates" are as big of a deal. can you define what is "on time"? you're saying 30% swing from rates of on...
this was the point I was trying to make. I think it's dumb to be concerned with quality of service personally, since flying sucks either way....

and again, if you take the average into consideration, the deviation isn't that bad. by all means keep with the pitchforks guys I know everyone...
