It's working for me and seems par for the course for that requester so I would do it but it's one I've already done. Somebody botched the qual block.
It takes me about 0.01 seconds to return a HIT when any version of that particular writing prompt shows up.
Don't make the mistake of returning one because you didn't have the required app and figured you'd just do the 60 other surveys instead.
