I eat two slices of a pizza and I'm up 3 pounds. I retain fluid like crazy. It make me so sad, and who wants to eat just one piece??...
I liked the other one better...but this will do just fine.
It is. But I needed to. Especially with my surgery coming up, I wanted to be at a healthier weight to help ease the pain and recovery time.
