It was bugged, shoutout to @dan! To those that it isn't working for, open the link in incognito. It fixed it for me.

I think it's just bugged. It says please choose 32 options at the top of the page but in the text it says there are 31 of them.
Is anyone have an issue where it says there's 0 remaining areas to click but still won't let you progress?
