Same. I tend to get at least one tenner a week. They don't tell me the price, but I get $10 if it's for a prototype site.
I go for $35 a day. I up it when I reach a daily number several days in a row.

It has a five hour timer. Maybe try Ctrl-F5 or Firefox just to be safe.
It should load assuming you put your ID in correctly, and your gender, and then pushed ze button. I've never had it take me more than a few seconds.
