Go a couple days to bed at 12 up at 5. By day 3 you'll be asleep by 10
I'm both. Up by 5:30 most days even if don't have to work. Don't sleep more than 5 hours at a time.... but naps are great. Thinking one coming...
My goal has been $20 a day. Most days hitting it. Today though I have $35.95 so far. Got some higher paying hits.
