On PSN, but the Humble Bundle store has it without the DLC for $2.49, grants a Steam Key. @Randomacts posted about it a few posts below mine.
It runs like dog-poo on PC, something about having a processor clocked to 2.93 Ghz or whatnot to keep the FPS from jumping all over the place....
