@ChrisTurk Opera is still using chromium 56, but the tab gets throttled while having batter saver disabled or enabled. /shrugs
That looks like an opera baked thing which would be different. The earliest Chromium 57 I can find is Nov 2016 and that is way before it would be...
If that gets confirmed to be working I'll add it to the main post for everyone else. That flag doesn't do anything, first thing I tested. Q2 2017...
