Its almost always, if an iframe exists, reload that, if it doesn't reload the page. As does HF if you tell it to.
With PC, it doesn't matter how many you have running since its on a cycler. It'll fire them one after another.
In the future, right click reload frame on that and it'll still submit the HIT.

It worked for me. Check for console errors the next time it doesn't work.
