The only correct usage is not using it at all.
That depends on the requester and how they've set up the hit. Some will kick you out. Some will let you submit, but they'll reject the hit.

The last time that happened to me, I had to restart Chrome entirely. If you've tried that and it didn't work then :dunno:
Chrome's tts breaks sometimes. I can usually get it back if I close the window OW is running in and reopen OW.
